Shipping Charges

Returns & Replacements

As Nanko products are food items, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or taste.

A return, replacement, or appropriate resolution may be considered only if your order is damaged during delivery, contains missing items, or you have received an incorrect product.

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order and provide your order details along with clear photographs of the package and affected product. Our team will review the request before confirming the appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched and marked as shipped, cancellation will no longer be available.

To request a cancellation, please contact the Nanko team at the earliest possible time with your order details. A cancellation request is considered confirmed only after acknowledgement from our team.
